3. Set your Settings (Milestone 2)

You have two options in the Behavior App settings.

Determine Incident Visibility

You can set behavior incident visibility from very restrictive to relatively open.

The default is for staff to only see behavior incidents they’ve submitted for students on their roster.

A middle option is for staff to view incidents of students who are rostered to them.

The most open option is for staff to view incidents of all the students in their building.

Most schools decide to use the LEAST restrictive option.
Helping students with their behavior is usually a community activity. Restricting access only to students on a roster can make it more difficult to provide assistance.

Custom PDF Reports

Abre has a few “Out of the Box” PDF letters that come with the app. If you would like to use your own letter (complete with headers, etc.), you can upload the PDF here.
