Ohio law requires students to earn at least two diploma seals.
Tracking these seals and, more importantly, evidence of these seals, is done through Abre’s Plans App and People App.
Step 1: Define the Criteria of a Diploma Seal
Ohio established 12 diploma seals. Some of these seals have defined criteria, some have partially defined, and some lack significant definition. Leadership and Boards of Education will need to define criteria where there are gaps.
Step 2: Upload Evidence of Diploma Seals
Once criteria are established, the student has the ability to upload evidence of achievement via a Portfolio Artifact.
