Best Practices: Distributing the Letters

You have a few options for distributing the letters.

1. Mail
2. Email to Families (with various tools /addons)
3. Send home with students on the first day
4. Student Orientation

The most successful way is to give families the letter during back-to-school night. Indeed, having families download the Progressive Web App at back-to-school night is helpful.

Then, revisit the instructions by resending the letter home with the student.
