9. Grade Activities (Milestone 6)

By Grid and By Activity

For activities that have scores assigned to them, you have two methods of recording scores.

Method 1: Scoring By Single Activity

If you’ve had students submit digital work, this method allows you to see their submissions and to provide written feedback.

  1. Click the activity you will score
  2. Click view the activity
  3. Navigate to the tab that says “Student Work”
  4. From the student submitted activity, you will be able to view the submitted work and enter a score.
  5. Add feedback if desired

Method 2: Scoring By Grid

Sometimes you just want to assign a bunch of scores for a bunch of activities all at once. That’s the purpose of grid scoring. Think of it as your traditional “grade entry” matrix common in gradebooks.

Scoring by grid is an excellent way to record grades and activities that have NOT been turned in digitally.

  1. Navigate to activities
  2. Click “Grid”
  3. Enter or edit scores as needed for each activity.
