4. Define How You Will Use Your Data (Milestone)

Once Abre has your data, we now need to think about how you will:

  • Visualize the data
  • Analyze the data

This is a consulting process as well. Abre takes on the work. We look at data through the lens of dashboards.

Examples by Stakeholder

Students

Students will use data in Abre by accessing their Student360 as well as their portfolios which track growth in their programs.

Staff

Staff likewise has access to the Student360 (singular data about A student) and Class360 (data around their class or caseloads)

Schools

District

Community

Community level views of data. In CTE, that means:

  1. Work-Based Learning Partners
  2. Other school districts that may be sending their students to your CTE program

Key: Collaboration with Other Districts

We frequently find CTE programs hosting students from a variety of districts. They face the distinct challenge of sharing data bi-directionally safely and securely. Abre solves that problem.

What this Milestone Involves

Abre works with you to define what data dashboards you want and who should see them.
